*There are two other programs attached for your reference that
have been designed, developed and shared by Master Harry Vones
from Germany. These programs were produced as his thesis for
examination to 7th Degree – Master. He has been very
kind in sharing these exceptional programs to all members of the
ITF in efforts to better develop and understand the motions and
sine wave of true Taekwon-Do. Note: Please bear in mind that
even those these items are being shared throughout our community
and are endorsed and referenced by the Senior Instructors of the
ITF, these items are NOT official ITF released materials, and
therefore are subject to review, modification or change.
